Bu politika, Mystic House mobil uygulamasını (Android paket adı: com.mystichouse.app; iOS sürümü dâhil) ve geliştiricisiyle kurduğun gönüllü iletişimi kapsar.
Kısaca
Mystic House'ta oluşturduğun her şey — okumaların, işaretlerin, yansımaların — cihazında saklanır. Uygulama bu içeriği geliştiriciye ya da başka birine otomatik olarak iletmez. Hesap yoktur, uygulamaya ait bir sunucu yoktur. Bir gün gitmek istersen tek bir buton, uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi cihazından siler.
Bize yalnızca sen bir şey gönderirsen bir şey ulaşır: örneğin destek e-postası yazarsan ya da beta geri bildirimi paylaşırsan. Bu iki durum aşağıda ayrı ayrı anlatılır: A. Uygulamanın kendi işleyişi ve B. Bize gönüllü olarak ilettiklerin.
1. Biz Kimiz
Mystic House; tarot okuması, işaretleri fark etme ve kişisel yansıma için özel bir alandır. Bu politikanın sorumlusu, uygulamanın geliştiricisidir:

A. UYGULAMANIN KENDİ İŞLEYİŞİ
2. Cihazında Tutulan Veriler
Mystic House bu sürümde tamamen cihazında çalışır. Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca yerel olarak oluşturulur ve saklanır; uygulama bunları geliştiriciye ya da üçüncü bir tarafa iletmez:

Uygulama bu verileri bize iletmediği için, uygulamanın olağan kullanımında bunları göremeyiz.
3. Uygulamanın Otomatik Olarak Yapmadıkları
Bu sürümde uygulamanın içinde şunlar yoktur: hesap sistemi, uygulamaya ait sunucu, reklam, reklam kimliği, uygulama içi analitik veya davranış ölçümü, oturum kaydı, çerez, üçüncü taraf reklam/analitik/çökme raporlama SDK'sı, uzak yapay zekâ işleme, push (uzak bildirim) sunucusu, etkin bir üretim API çağrısı.
Yansımalarının, okumalarının ve niyetlerinin hiçbiri uygulama tarafından iletilmez, uzaktan analiz edilmez veya herhangi bir modeli eğitmek için kullanılmaz.
4. Yerel İşlemenin Dayanağı
Uygulamanın çalışması için gereken işleme, cihazında ve senin kontrolünde gerçekleşir: uygulamayı kullanma talebine dayanır. İsim gibi isteğe bağlı girişler tamamen senin seçimindir; isteğe bağlı bir veriyi silerek bu seçimi her an geri alabilirsin.
5. Saklama ve Güvenlik
Bölüm 2'de listelenen tüm veriler, cihazının yerel uygulama depolamasında tutulur ve cihazının kendi güvenlik mekanizmalarıyla (şifre, biyometri ve etkinse sistem şifrelemesi) korunur.
Hiçbir depolama yöntemi yüzde yüz güvenli sayılamaz: cihazındaki verinin güvenliği, cihazının kendi güvenliğine (ekran kilidi, işletim sistemi güncellemeleri, cihaza fiziksel erişim) bağlıdır.
Cihaz yedekleri. Cihazının yedekleme hizmetini kullanıyorsan (iCloud Yedekleme veya Android yedekleme gibi), cihazın Mystic House'un verisini — diğer uygulamalarda olduğu gibi — o yedeğe dâhil edebilir. Bu yedek senin Apple ya da Google hesabına aittir, onların koşullarına tabidir ve cihaz ayarlarından senin kontrolündedir. Geliştirici bu yedeklere erişemez ve onları yönetemez.
Tanılama. Cihaz düzeyinde Apple ya da Google ile tanılama paylaşmayı seçtiysen, Apple veya Google çökme ve tanılama bilgilerini kendi ayarların ve kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işleyebilir ve geliştiriciye bununla ilgili teknik raporlar sunabilir. Bu işleme platformlara aittir; Mystic House'un içinde çökme raporlama veya istatistik yazılımı yoktur ve geliştirici platform düzeyindeki bu işlemeyi kontrol etmez.
Test dağıtımları. Uygulamayı Apple TestFlight veya Google Play'in test kanalları üzerinden yüklüyorsan, bu platformlar yükleme, cihaz uyumluluğu ve geri bildirim gibi bilgileri kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işler. Bu işleme dağıtım platformuna aittir.
6. Silme
Temiz bir sayfa her zaman tek adım uzağında:
- Kütüphanende tekil kayıtları her an silebilirsin.
- "Bu Evdeki Her Şeyi Sil" (Evin Anahtarları'nda) uygulamanın sakladığı her şeyi — isimler, tercihler, okumalar, yansımalar, fısıltı geçmişi — kalıcı olarak siler ve bekleyen bildirimleri iptal eder.
- Uygulamayı kaldırmak, uygulamanın etkin verilerini cihazından kaldırır.
Uygulama içindeki silme, uygulamanın deposu için anında ve geri alınamazdır; kopya tutmayız, çünkü veri bize hiç gelmez. Şunu da bilmelisin: cihaz yedeği kullanıyorsan, yedeklerde eski bir kopya kalabilir ve bir yedeği geri yüklersen uygulamanın yerel verileri de geri gelebilir. Bu yedekler senin hesabındadır; geliştirici onlara erişemez ve onları yönetemez.
7. Bildirimler ("Evin Fısıltıları")
Yalnızca sen açarsan, Mystic House cihazında yerel olarak nazik bildirimler planlar. Push (uzak bildirim) sunucusu kullanılmaz; bildirim alışkanlıkların hakkında hiçbir bilgi uygulama tarafından iletilmez veya uzaktan kaydedilmez. Günde en fazla bir fısıltı planlanır ve gece saatlerine bildirim konmaz. Bildirimleri Evin Anahtarları'ndan ya da sistem ayarlarından her an kapatabilirsin; izni reddetmek uygulamanın başka hiçbir özelliğini etkilemez.
B. BİZE GÖNÜLLÜ OLARAK İLETTİKLERİN
8. Destek ve Beta Geri Bildirimi
Uygulama bize kendiliğinden hiçbir şey göndermez; ama sen bize ulaşmayı seçersen — örneğin destek e-postası yazarsan, bir geri bildirim formunu doldurursan, WhatsApp'tan yazarsan ya da TestFlight üzerinden geri bildirim gönderirsen — bize gönderdiklerin doğal olarak bize ulaşır. Bu durumda şunları alabiliriz:
- adın veya rumuzun,
- e-posta adresin veya mesajlaşma hesabına ait bilgiler (ör. WhatsApp'ta görünen ad ve telefon numarası),
- cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü (kendin yazarsan ya da TestFlight gibi platformlar teknik olarak eklerse),
- geri bildirim metnin,
- paylaşırsan ekran görüntüleri veya ekran kayıtları,
- gönderirsen sesli notlar,
- TestFlight'ın geri bildirime eklediği teknik bilgiler.
Bu bilgileri yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanırız: sana yanıt vermek, sorunu gidermek, beta kalitesini değerlendirmek, uygulamanın kararlılığını ve kullanılabilirliğini iyileştirmek.
Bilmen gerekenler:
- Gönderdiğin bilgi, seçtiğin iletişim platformu (ör. Google Formlar, WhatsApp, Gmail, TestFlight) tarafından o platformun kendi gizlilik politikası çerçevesinde işlenir; bu platformların sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir.
- Bu bilgiler satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanılmaz.
- Geri bildirimlerine kimlik numarası, sağlık bilgisi, finansal bilgi gibi hassas kişisel bilgiler eklemekten lütfen kaçın; ekran görüntüsü paylaşmadan önce içinde istemediğin bir bilgi olmadığını kontrol et.
- Saklama ilkesi: Gönüllü olarak ilettiklerini yalnızca destek, test, güvenlik ve sürüm dokümantasyonu için makul olarak gerekli olduğu sürece tutarız; sonrasında uygun olduğunda sileriz ya da kimliksizleştiririz. Silinmesini dilediğin zaman e-postayla talep edebilirsin.
9. Çocuklar
Mystic House, 13 yaşın altındaki (ya da bölgende geçerli asgari dijital rıza yaşının altındaki) çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama kimseden otomatik olarak veri toplamaz. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğun bize gönüllü olarak bilgi ilettiğini düşünüyorsan lütfen yaz: mystichouseofficial@gmail.com — uygun şekilde sileriz.
10. Yurt Dışı Aktarım
Uygulama hiçbir veriyi hiçbir yere aktarmaz. Cihazının ötesinde bulunabilecek kopyalar şunlarla sınırlıdır: kendi hesabındaki cihaz yedeğin (Bölüm 5) ve bize gönüllü olarak ilettiklerinin, seçtiğin iletişim platformunun sunucularında işlenmesi (Bölüm 8).
11. Hakların
Yürürlükteki veri koruma hukuku (Türkiye'de KVKK, Avrupa Birliği'nde GDPR dâhil) kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz gibi haklara sahip olabilirsin.
- Uygulamanın içindeki veriler için: Uygulama hakkında hiçbir veriyi bizde tutmadığımızdan, bu haklar doğrudan cihazında karşılanır — uygulamanın bildiği her şey uygulamanın içinde görünür ve içinden silinebilir (Bölüm 6).
- Bize gönüllü olarak ilettiklerin için: Erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebini mystichouseofficial@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin. Talepleri makul bir süre içinde incelemeyi ve yanıtlamayı amaçlarız.
Ayrıca Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, AB'de yerel denetim makamına başvurma hakkın saklıdır.
12. Değişiklikler
Uygulamaya gelecekte çevrimiçi özellikler (ör. hesap, senkronizasyon veya yapay zekâ yorumları için bir sunucu) eklenirse, bu politika esaslı biçimde farklı bir işleme başlamadan önce güncellenir. Gerekli veya uygun olduğunda, değişikliği uygulama içinde ya da başka uygun bir kanaldan duyururuz. Belge sürümlenir; geçerli sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayında kalır.

Mystic House — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Mystic House mobile application (Android package name: com.mystichouse.app; including the iOS version) and any voluntary communication you have with its developer.
In Short
Everything you create in Mystic House — your readings, your signs, your reflections — is stored on your device. The app does not automatically transmit this content to the developer or to anyone else. There is no account and no app server. If you ever want to leave, one button erases everything the app has stored on your device.
Something reaches us only if you send it yourself: for example, if you write to our support email or share beta feedback. These two situations are explained separately below: A. How the app itself works and B. What you voluntarily send us.
1. Who We Are
Mystic House is a private space for tarot reading, noticing signs, and personal reflection. The party responsible for this policy is the app's developer:

A. HOW THE APP ITSELF WORKS
2. Data Stored on Your Device
In this version, Mystic House works entirely on your device. The following information is created and stored locally only; the app does not transmit it to the developer or to any third party:

Because the app does not transmit this data to us, we cannot see it in the app's ordinary use.
3. What the App Does NOT Do Automatically
In this version, the app contains none of the following: an account system, an app server, ads, advertising identifiers, in-app analytics or behavioral measurement, session recordings, cookies, third-party advertising/analytics/crash-reporting SDKs, remote AI processing, a push (remote notification) server, or any active production API call.
None of your reflections, readings, or intentions is transmitted by the app, analyzed remotely, or used to train any model.
4. Basis of Local Processing
The processing needed for the app to function happens on your device and under your control: it is based on your request to use the app. Optional entries such as your chosen name are entirely your choice; you can reverse that choice at any time by deleting the optional data.
5. Storage & Security
All data listed in Section 2 is kept in your device's local application storage and is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (passcode, biometrics, and system encryption where enabled).
No storage method can be considered one hundred percent secure: the safety of data on your device depends on your device's own security (screen lock, operating system updates, physical access to the device).
Device backups. If you use your device's backup service (such as iCloud Backup or Android backup), your device may include Mystic House's data in that backup, as it does with other apps. That backup belongs to your own Apple or Google account, is governed by their terms, and is controlled by you in your device settings. The developer cannot access or manage those backups.
Diagnostics. If you have chosen to share diagnostics at the device level, Apple or Google may process diagnostic and crash information under your settings and their own privacy policies, and may provide related technical reports to the developer. That processing belongs to the platforms; Mystic House itself contains no crash-reporting or analytics software, and the developer does not control platform-level processing.
Test distributions. If you install the app through Apple TestFlight or Google Play's testing tracks, those platforms process information such as installs, device compatibility, and feedback under their own privacy policies. That processing belongs to the distribution platform.
6. Deletion
You are always one step away from a clean slate:
- Delete individual entries in your Library at any time.
- "Delete Everything in This House" (in House Keys) permanently erases everything the app has stored — names, preferences, readings, reflections, whisper history — and cancels any pending notifications.
- Uninstalling the app removes the app's active data from your device.
Deletion inside the app is immediate and irreversible for the app's own storage; we keep no copies, because the data never reaches us. You should also know: if you use device backups, an older copy may remain in those backups, and restoring a backup may restore the app's local data. Those backups are in your own account; the developer cannot access or manage them.
7. Notifications ("House Whispers")
If — and only if — you turn them on, Mystic House schedules gentle notifications locally on your device. No push (remote notification) server is used; nothing about your notification habits is transmitted or recorded remotely by the app. At most one whisper is scheduled per day, and no notification is placed in nighttime hours. You can turn notifications off at any time in House Keys or in your system settings; declining permission changes nothing else about the app.
B. WHAT YOU VOLUNTARILY SEND US
8. Support and Beta Feedback
The app sends us nothing on its own; but if you choose to reach us — for example by writing to our support email, filling in a feedback form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or sending feedback through TestFlight — what you send naturally reaches us. In that case we may receive:
- your name or nickname,
- your email address or messaging-account information (e.g. the display name and phone number visible on WhatsApp),
- your device model and operating-system version (if you write it yourself, or if a platform such as TestFlight includes it technically),
- your feedback text,
- screenshots or screen recordings, if you share them,
- voice notes, if you send them,
- technical information that TestFlight attaches to feedback.
We use this information only to: respond to you, troubleshoot, evaluate beta quality, and improve the app's stability and usability.
Things you should know:
- What you send is processed by the communication platform you choose (e.g. Google Forms, WhatsApp, Gmail, TestFlight) under that platform's own privacy policy; those platforms' servers may be located abroad.
- This information is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train any AI model.
- Please avoid including sensitive personal information — such as ID numbers, health information, or financial details — in your feedback; before sharing a screenshot, check that it does not show anything you would rather keep private.
- Retention principle: We keep what you voluntarily send only as long as reasonably necessary for support, testing, security, and release documentation; after that we delete it or de-identify it where appropriate. You can request deletion at any time by email.
9. Children
Mystic House is not directed to children under 13 (or under the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your region). The app collects no data from anyone automatically. If you believe a child under 13 has voluntarily sent us information, please write to mystichouseofficial@gmail.com and we will delete it appropriately.
10. International Transfers
The app itself transfers no data anywhere. The only copies that may exist beyond your device are: your device backup in your own account (Section 5), and anything you voluntarily send us, which is processed on the servers of the communication platform you chose (Section 8).
11. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the Turkish KVKK and, in the European Union, the GDPR), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection.
- For data inside the app: Because we hold none of it, these rights are fulfilled directly on your device — everything the app knows is visible inside it, and everything can be deleted inside it (Section 6).
- For what you voluntarily sent us: You can send an access, correction, or deletion request to mystichouseofficial@gmail.com. We aim to review and respond to requests within a reasonable period.
You also retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
12. Changes to This Policy
If online features are ever added to the app (for example an account, sync, or a server for AI interpretations), this policy will be updated before materially different processing begins. Where required or appropriate, we will provide notice in the app or through another suitable channel. This document is versioned; the current version always remains published at this address.
